James Dickey currently serves as a Senior Attorney at The Fairness Center. He represents the interests of public employees: defending their constitutional rights, facing union retaliation, fighting unfair representation, and demanding accountability for corruption by union officials. He has spent the last seven years of his legal career exclusively in public interest litigation.
James Dickey resides in the Twin Cities area with his wife and four children. Prior to becoming an attorney, he studied at the University of Minnesota Law School and graduated in 2012.
