An attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, Martin J. Salvucci focuses his practice on restructuring and recapitalization transactions and related litigation matters. He represents debtors, creditors, sponsors, directors, and investors, both inside and outside of court. Martin began his legal career as a clerk to the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and previously practiced in the Restructuring Department at Vinson & Elkins LLP in Dallas, Texas. He holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School, as well as both a B.A. (with honors) and an M.A. in Political Philosophy from the University of Chicago.
