He represents debtors, creditors, sponsors, directors, and investors, both inside and outside of court. Martin began his legal career as a clerk to the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and previously practiced in the Restructuring Department at Vinson & Elkins LLP in Dallas, Texas. He holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School, as well as both a B.A. (with honors) and an M.A. in Political Philosophy from the University of Chicago.
