NLC 2022 CLE Information

CLE is being offered for this event. Please follow the instructions below to ensure that you receive credit.

Step 1: YOU MUST BE REGISTERED for the event. Please note that the convention is currently sold out and there is no waitlist.

Step 2: ATTEND IN PERSON.

Step 3: SIGN IN electronically upon arrival EACH DAY using the available
QR code and fill in your information. This must be done as you arrive, as a
digital timestamp is required. The link will be active 30 minutes before the
start of the first panel.

Step 4: SIGN OUT at the end of EACH DAY using the available QR code,
as a digital timestamp is required. Several states required that attendees sign
out.

Within 3 days of the event, The Federalist Society’s CLE Administrator will
email links for the certificate of attendance (COA) form and evaluation form
only to paid registrants who have signed in for the event using the electronic
sign-in sheet. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at [email protected].

IF THESE STEPS ARE NOT FOLLOWED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE CLE CREDIT FOR THIS EVENT.

  • How Many Hours of CLE are available? We are applying for 990 minutes of CLE credit for the event. States vary in their methods for converting this time into total CLE credit.
     Check the CLE Accreditation Status Chart (above) to determine approved credit hours by state.

  • Does this conference qualify for ethics credit?
    Yes, we are seeking ethics credit for three of the Saturday panels. Check the CLE Accreditation Status Chart (above) to determine which states have approved ethics credit.

  • I don't see my state listed on the Accreditation Status Chart. Does this mean I won't get credit for the event? States that are not listed on the Accreditation Status Chart are either reciprocity states or states where approval from other states is considered acceptable for CLE credit.
