Professor Bernstein, a graduate of Yale Law School, teaches constitutional law, evidence and torts. The author of five books and more than sixty scholarly articles and studies, Prof. Bernstein has written and spoken extensively on First Amendment issues. He is a past chair of the AALS Evidence Section, and has been a Visiting Professor at Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Michigan School of Law.
