The State of Second Amendment Jurisprudence

Please join the New Jersey Lawyers Chapter and Josh Blackman to discuss the current state of second amendment jurisprudence.  Blackman will discuss his own case in the Third Circuit as well as Judge Paul Matey's dissent in the September 1st Third Circuit ruling against ANJRPC's appeal to overturn NJ's ban on magazines over 10 rounds of ammunition.
