The Presentation of the Second Annual Eaton Award at The University of Chicago

The University of Chicago Federalist Society will be hosting its second annual Eaton Award Ceremony on April 20, 2023. The winner of the 2023 Eaton Award is Ariana Shaina Wilner from UCLA Law School for her essay, “The Constitutionality of Platform Content Moderation Bans from a Historical Perspective.”
