The U.S. policy of withdrawing from the Middle East, and coming back in against ISIS only in a limited way, has helped create the most unstable and dangerous situation the Middle East has seen in its modern history. Mario Loyola, senior fellow at TPPF, a former adviser at the Pentagon and in the U.S. Senate, and contributing editor at National Review, will discuss the situation and how to start fixing it.
