The Justice Who Does Not Temporize: David Forte on Justice Samuel Alito

There has not been a Justice in recent memory that sounds the moral voice as does Justice Samuel Alito. While other justices on the right temporize, Alito attacks crush videos, violent video games, cruel demonstrators at funerals, and the destruction of the unborn. Yet at the same time, Alito strengthens the constitutional separation of powers and of federalism against those on the left.  This is most clear in his masterful opinion in Dobbs, cleansing the Court of a half century of unconstitutional excess.
