The Future of Criminal Justice Reform

Andrea Woods (ACLU) and John Malcolm (Heritage) will have a conversation about what they see as the next steps in the criminal justice reform arena. Professor Shon Hopwood (Georgetown University Law Center) will moderate the discussion, and ask our panelists about clemency, the U.S. Sentencing Commission, and potential legislative changes to mandatory minimum sentencing.
