Join the Idaho Lawyer and Student Chapters of the Federalist Society for an event in Moscow featuring Hon. Ryan Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Judge Nelson will be speaking on the interpretive history of the First Amendment’s Establishment clause, the changes wrought by the Supreme Court’s decision last term in Kennedy v. Bremerton, and what that means for the future. His presentation will be followed by time for Q&A.
