The Federalist Society and the National State Attorneys General Program invite you to a presentation by the former Attorney General of Wisconsin, J.B. Van Hollen. Van Hollen will be speaking on the topic of "The Defense of Federalism in Action." As Attorney General of Wisconsin, Van Hollen oversaw high-profile litigation on issues including collective-bargaining reform, voter identification, same-sex marriage, and the Affordable Care Act.
