The Constitution Going Up in Vapor

We're excited to be hosting Oliver Dunford and Thomas Berry, attorneys with the Pacific Legal Foundation, who will discuss separation of powers and the administrative state through the perspective of their "vaping" litigation, federal lawsuits arguing that the FDA improperly issued a regulation adding "vaping" products to the list of items covered by the Tobacco Control Act of 2009.
