Please join The Birmingham Lawyers Chapter of The Federalist Society for a discussion of the Alabama Supreme Court's jurisprudence in cases involving the State's claims against oil and pharmaceutical companies with The Heritage Foundation's Visiting Legal Fellow, Jack Park. Jack is the author of a recent white paper entitled The Alabama Supreme Court: A Restrained Approach Shows Respect for the Rule of Law that explores some of the court's decisions that have received the most media attention in recent years. Copies of the white paper will be distributed the day of the program.
