We are pleased to cosponsor an event with the Texas Public Policy Foundation and Goldwater Institute on the Texas Public Information Act.

The Texas Public Information Act is an underutilized but powerful tool for obtaining public records and learning what your government is doing. This CLE will teach you about what the Texas Public Information Act is, how to put together an effective public-information request, and the procedures for submitting and receiving information under the Act.

Complimentary lunch will be provided for in-person attendees. An online livestream will also be available.
