Revelations about NSA surveillance programs have given rise to fundamental questions about the tradeoffs between national security and the privacy of American citizens. Join us for an exciting panel as former Attorney General Judge Michael Mukasey, former NSA General Counsel Stewart Baker, and Legal Director and General Counsel for the Electronic Frontier Foundation Cindy Cohn, discuss these NSA programs, the safeguards intended to protect Americans, and the privacy and security issues at stake. After the luncheon panel discussion, our special guests will take questions from the audience.
