Florida continues to sit at the center of the national election law debate. Join two of the state’s leading voices on the front lines of this rapidly evolving legal landscape. Brad McVay, Florida’s former Deputy Secretary of State and now the Statewide Prosecutor, has been deeply involved in shaping and defending Florida’s election policies since 2018. He will be joined by Mo Jazil, partner at Holtzman Vogel, who has represented the State of Florida in high-profile election and redistricting litigation.

Together, they will provide an insider’s perspective on the most consequential election law battles of the past several years and offer forward-looking insights on what to expect as the 2026 election cycle approaches. Don’t miss this timely and substantive discussion.
