Join the Columbus Lawyer Chapter for a conversation with the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel, Elliot Gaiser, as he discusses the role of OLC in advising the Executive Branch on constitutional and legal questions of national importance. Drawing from a selection of recent opinions, the discussion will explore how questions involving executive authority, federal power, and constitutional structure are analyzed and resolved within the federal government.
