Brad Miller is a solo practitioner based in El Paso County. Before obtaining his JD from Northwestern University in 2000, he was an entrepreneur who built and managed several businesses including a public policy journal, a landscape management corporation and a youth sports organization. His legal practice is primarily focused in school law along with nonprofit law serving various Christian organizations including Young Life.

Mr. Miller represents many charter schools, participated in the creation of the first new Colorado BOCES since the 70’s, and generated multiple “innovation schools,” hybrid schools and online education partnerships. His well-documented escapades with the JeffCo and Thompson school boards provide the background for this presentation.
