Please join the Maine Lawyers Chapter for dinner and a CLE program with author, historian, and entrepreneur Logan Beirne, whose book Blood of Tyrants: George Washington and the Forging of the Presidency, won the Colby Award for best military history. Mr. Beirne is a direct descendant of James Madison and will offer insight into executive authority from the founding era.  As usual, members and non-members alike are welcome, as are lawyers and non-lawyers, and our evening will feature ample time for lively discussion with each other and our guest speaker.
 
Parking is available onsite and will be validated by DiMillo's for all attendees.
 
1 hour CLE credit is anticipated.
