Panel Discussion and Preview of 2024 Legislative Session

Join a panel discussion regarding the legislation most likely to cause constitutional and legal clashes during the upcoming legislative session. The panel will be comprised of former judge and ranking member on the Senate Law and Justice committee, Mike Padden, and Rep. Chris Corry, ranking member on House Appropriations.  In addition, Jackson Maynard and Sam Spiegelman with the Citizen Action Defense Fund will provide additional insight into potential legal pitfall from their perspective working on behalf of a public interest litigation non-profit.
