Originalism: A Debate

We’re really excited to present our first debate of the year. Professors Noah Feldman and Stephen Sachs will debate each other on originalism, with Professor John C.P. Goldberg moderating. Each debater will have time to speak, followed by moderated questions and then audience Q&A.
