On the Frontlines of Trump 2.0 Litigation: A Conversation with Abhi Khambli

Join the Emerald Coast Lawyer Chapter for a lunchtime conversation with former DOJ lawyer Abhi Khambli who litigated some of the most high- profile cases of President Trump’s second term. Abhi will talk about those cases, some of the challenges DOJ faced, and the outlook of immigration-related and separation-of-powers cases going forward. Abhi also represents Peter Navarro in his contempt of Congress case. He recently filed a cert. petition asking the U.S. Supreme Court to take it up. He will discuss that case, as well as what contempt of Congress proceedings may look like in the future.
