North Dakota Federalist Society Reception

Judge Sutton will be focusing on the subject of his upcoming book, 51 Imperfect Solutions: States and the Making of American Constitutional Law. North Dakota's own Justice Jerod Tufte will offer some thoughts in response. A worthwhile discussion awaits. 

Remarks will begin about 5:30 and run about an hour, with some time for socializing afterwards.
