Did Ken Burns finally get it right with his miniseries on the Viet Nam War? If Viet Nam really has had a profound effect on the American psyche, what are the lessons that should be learned? Robert F. Turner is a law professor and has taught graduate seminars on the Vietnam War at the University of Virginia for many years. He wrote the 1975 book "Vietnamese Communism: Its Origins and Development." He served twice in Vietnam as an Army officer.
