The holiday season is upon us, and with it festive displays are everywhere.  But should they be in public spaces?  What constitutional limits are there to religious displays and acts in public spaces and by public officials?  Can the state maintain crosses for memorials?  Or display creches or menorahs?  Or should state officials suspend Coach Kennedy, a public high school football coach, for praying on the field after games?  To help us explore this timely issue, we are pleased to host a debate between Hiram Sasser, who represents Coach Kennedy, and Gary Daniels of the ACLU.

The luncheon costs $20 ($15 for Chapter members, $5 for students).

RSVP HERE by December 10 to guarantee your seat, meal, and pre-printed nametag.
