The debate will examine favoritism for the government in both criminal and civil contexts—including whether it exists, when it is most likely to occur, and whether it is a good thing.  We will also address ethical issues associated with favoritism for the government, including prosecutorial and judicial ethics.

This event may qualify for 2.0 hours of ethics CLE credit.
