Kyle Duncan will address Obamacare, the HHS Mandate, and Liberty of Conscience. Mr. Duncan is counsel for a number of groups—most famously, Hobby Lobby—who are challenging the HHS contraception mandate, and he argued the issue before the 10th Circuit (en banc) on May 23.
