Mr. Duncan, formerly of the Becket Fund, led the charge in challenging the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service’s mandate requiring employee health insurance for contraceptives, including abortion-causing drugs, and female sterilization. He will discuss his role in that case and his new role representing the State of Louisiana.
