Former Justice Department attorney and professor Robert Delahunty the claims early in President Trump's second term that we are heading into a constitutional crisis, define what such a crisis would be, ask if there is or is likely to be such a crisis involving the president and the courts, and ask what kind of crisis we might look for instead.
