Since the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School, Connecticut has enacted what many consider to believe to be the strictest gun control laws in the nation. Prof. Lund will discuss the Constitutionality of Gun Control and the potential challenges to the Connecticut Gun Control Laws passed in April of this year.
