From Nixon to Today: The Criminalization of Politics

Geoff Shepard joined the Nixon Administration as a White House Fellow upon graduation from Harvard Law School.  He became a member of the Domestic Council staff, where he stayed for five years.  He was also a member of President Nixon’s Watergate defense team (all of which ended rather badly).  His recent book, “The Real Watergate Scandal,” details over a dozen ex partemeetings between judges and Watergate prosecutors or other interested parties, which thoroughly corrupted the trials themselves.
