Judge Denson will speak on free speech in wartime, and discuss the prosecution of a relative of his, Wild Bill Denson, for violation of the Espionage Act in 1919 Birmingham. He currently practices law with the law firm of Samford & Denson, LLP and he also sits on the Court of the Judiciary. Judge Denson also helped start the Mises Institute in Auburn, AL in 1982.
