Judge Elrod, who has been a Judge on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals since October, 2007, was previously a trial court Judge in the 190th District Court of Harris County, Texas, and a litigator at Baker Botts. Judge Elrod is a graduate of Harvard Law School, and was a law clerk to the Honorable Sim Lake of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Lunch will be provided for all those that attend.
CLE credit will be provided for all attorneys.
Parking is available in the law school garage located at the corner of Hillcrest and Daniel streets, and the Hillcrest Classroom is located in the Underwood Law Library.
