Four First Amendment Cases at the U.S. Supreme Court

Please join the San Francisco Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society for a special dinner and conversation with Jordan Lorence, Senior Counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, regarding recent developments in First Amendment law.  Mr. Lorence will be discussing his organization's very recent argument before the U.S. Supreme Court in NIFLA v. Becerra, which challenged California's attempt to compel crisis pregnancy centers to advertise abortions, as well as other recent First Amendment cases before the Court, including Masterpiece Cake Shop, Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky (whether a State can ban political apparel at a polling station), Janus v. American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (whether public-sector union fees are unconstitutional).
