The Birmingham Federalist Society has been invited by the Alabama Policy Institute to attend a debate regarding free speech and potential new IRS disclosures. Speakers will include Hans von Spakovsky, who has previously spoken to our Birmingham group on election law, and Dr. Craig Holman of Public Citizen. Moderating will be our own Alabama Solicitor General Andrew Brasher. This promises to be a very lively debate.
