Please join the Dayton Lawyers Chapter for a fair and balanced conversation on the death penalty and where the sanction is heading in the future. The death penalty has has existed and been widely used since the beginning of civilization, but over the course of the last 100 years or so, its use in the West has plummeted and its controversy has skyrocketed. It is a topic with legitimate moral and penological arguments on both sides.
