Nate Kellum, Senior Counsel with First Liberty Institute, will share his unique insights on Olivier v. City of Brandon, a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision that Nate handled on behalf of the plaintiff from the outset. The Olivier ruling concerns the interplay between the preclusion doctrine set out in Heck v. Humphrey and the right of individuals to seek prospective relief from unconstitutional laws of which they were convicted.
