The Attorney General will discuss the proposed amendment to the Constitution of Virginia regarding eminent domain. He will discuss the background of the proposed amendment, the issues it addresses, its status, and the positions of supporters and opponents.
There will be a $10.00 charge collected at the door for a sandwich boxed lunch and bottled water that will be provided.
