Josh Craddock is Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice. He is a graduate of the Harvard Law School, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. He later clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Timothy Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Before law school, Mr. Craddock managed advocacy teams for several non-profit organizations at the United Nations. His writing has appeared in the Notre Dame Law ReviewHarvard Journal on LegislationWashington PostNewsweek, and National Review.
