Jen Daulby is the Staff Director of the Committee on House Administration.
From 2013 to 2018 she served as Congressman Rodney Davis’ chief of staff. She served as legislative counsel for U.S. Rep. Steve Chabot (R-Ohio), Subcommittee Chairman on Constitution, from 2005-2006 and counsel for the Committee on Agriculture under U.S. Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) from 2003-2005. Daulby has a J.D. from Southern Illinois University, School of Law, and is originally from Du Quoin, Illinois.
