Ike Brannon is an economist in Washington, D.C. who writes primarily about public policy. He is President of Capital Policy Analytics, a consulting firm that does research on issues related to public policy and financial markets. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Jack Kemp Foundation and helps run the Savings and Retirement Foundation. Ike is also a member of The Prosperity Caucus, a contributing editor to Regulation Magazine and a writer for Forbes, and his work occasionally appears in Real Clear Markets and The Hill. Ike was born and raised in Mossville, IL and attended Augustana College and Indiana University.
