Eric Yesner is an associate attorney in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida office of Shutts & Bowen LLP. Eric focuses his practice on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters and political law, as well as handling and assisting in appeals and litigation support.
Prior to entering private practice, Eric served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Barbara Lagoa at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Honorable Raag Singhal at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Honorable Jeffrey T. Kuntz at the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Eric continues his public service as a gubernatorial appointee to the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission as a direct appointment by Governor Ron DeSantis in July 2020.
