Emily Miskel has served as judge of the 470th district court of Collin County, Texas, since the court was created in 2015. Judge Miskel received her law degree from Harvard Law School and is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She graduated from Stanford University in the top 15% of her class with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She serves on the Computer & Technology Section Council of the State Bar of Texas and frequently speaks across the state of Texas on legal tech topics such as electronic evidence, wiretapping, and online impersonation.
