Elliot Gaiser is a litigator and counselor with experience representing and advising clients in trials and appeals and before administrative agencies in venues across the country.
Before joining Jones Day in 2022, Elliot served as a law clerk to Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. of the Supreme Court of the United States. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Neomi Rao of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals and to Judge Edith H. Jones of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before law school, Elliot was a management consultant and a graduate fellow for anti-poverty studies at a research institution in Washington, D.C. He currently serves on the alumni board of Hillsdale College.
