Carol Szurkowski represents clients in a variety of complex antitrust and consumer financial litigation matters at Covington & Burling. She has particular experience defending financial institutions in antitrust class actions and multi-district litigations. Ms. Szurkowski has also advised clients in the technology, energy, and medical device sectors on a variety of antitrust issues, including government investigations.
Prior to joining Covington, Ms. Szurkowski clerked for Judge Dennis W. Shedd of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
