Bryan Weir

Mr. Weir assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters. He has a broad practice encompassing a wide array of subject areas, including constitutional law, administrative law, and commercial litigation. Mr. Weir has represented clients in cases raising novel and complex issues involving the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendments, as well as the Administrative Procedure Act, the Communications Act, the Federal Tort Claims Act, the Sherman Act, class actions, and state tort and contract law. Mr. Weir frequently represents parties and amici in the U.S. Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Weir is a former law clerk to Judge Carlos T. Bea of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Anthony J. Trenga of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Weir is also an adjunct professor for the Supreme Court Clinic at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University.

Mr. Weir earned his A.B. cum laude from Georgetown University and his J.D. summa cum laude from George Mason University School of Law. Mr. Weir is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia bars.
