Dada v. Mukasey
On January 7, 2008 the Supreme Court heard oral argument in Dada v. Mukasey, a case concerning the immigration and naturalization process. At issue in the case is whether the time allotted for departure under a voluntary departure order is suspended when an alien files a motion to reopen removal proceedings.
