In the past week, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued two important statements on religious discrimination in the workplace. The first was a report on "listening sessions" held by the General Counsel of the EEOC, and the second was a revised and long-overdue updated enforcement guidance on religious discrimination voted on by EEOC Commissioners last week. These documents warrant the attention of those concerned with religious freedom in employment.
