On this day, the day of the final FCC Open Meeting of Chairman Pai’s tenure – I wanted to recommend to everyone a recent fireside chat that I enjoyed with Chairman Pai on behalf of the Federalist Society’s Telecommunications & Electronic Media Practice Group. It was an interesting, fast-paced and diverse conversation regarding his term as Chairman, the importance of civic discourse, and the most pressing matters facing the Commission ahead – and, of course, the Kansas City Chiefs! A panel discussion followed the fireside chat, featuring Randolph May of the Free State Foundation, Patricia Paoletta of Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP, and Shane Tews of the American Enterprise Institute. It’s great fun – and available here.
